Relief from VAT is available on most items.
To qualify for such relief a person must be chronically sick or disabled as defined under the current VAT legislation.
The chronically sick or disabled person, or a third party on their behalf, must satisfactorily complete the VAT declaration (VAT Exemption Form available on request).
Free for all new orders to UK addresses. For deliveries outside the UK we will contact you to discuss additional costs.
In stock items will be delivered within 10 working days after payment in full. Out of stock items can take between 20 and 25 working days. Bespoke orders (e.g Observer 4×4 Wheelchairs) can take up to 60 working days from deposit payment received. Full payment is required at least 24 hours before delivery of bespoke orders. Delays will be communicated to you with the option of cancelling your order.
By cheque or Bank Transfer (BACS). Bank details will be provided on your invoice. Bespoke orders (e.g Observer 4×4 Wheelchairs) require a 50% deposit.
Most of our products are provided with a 12 month guarantee unless otherwise stated. Longer warranties apply to our 4×4 wheelchairs.

Returns, when agreed, must be unused / in the original packaging / undamaged.
An administration / handling charge of 15% will be charged on all returns unless other terms are agreed and confirmed by us, via post or email.
The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide all customers with a cooling off period which runs from the time of order to 7 days after delivery for any of our products that are ordered online without a free home demonstration.
The above rights of cancellation are in addition to those provided under the Sale of Goods Legislation.
Cancellations/refunds for products ordered off-line (e.g. Observer 4×4 Wheelchairs), after a free home demonstration, when a deposit is paid, are subject to a 15% administration/handling charge.
Refunds for cancelled orders, reduced by our administration/handling charge (if any), will be paid to the customer within 30 days of the agreed cancellation date.
